Meet Larry, the newest physical therapist to joint the ARCH Physical Therapy family!
Meet Larry- the newest addition to our ARCH family. Larry started to explore the world of physical therapy after graduating from Saginaw Valley State University with a degree in Athletic Training. After researching the field and shadowing the career he applied and was accepted into a Doctoral program at University of Michigan Flint where he would go on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Following his final clinical rotation, Larry moved back to the Lansing area and started working at ARCH Physical Therapy.
Larry is originally from the Lansing area and, though he bounced around states during his clinical rotations for school, he is here to stay. He and his wife just closed on a house this past December in the area which is perfect timing because they are expecting their first baby in May of 2023! The two of them found out they are having a baby girl and they could not be more excited.
During his time in undergrad, Larry stayed active by playing basketball for LCC. He was the star power forward for one year before he transferred to SVSU. Though Larry is no longer in school, he still keeps his skills sharp by playing pick up games of basketball from time to time. He also enjoys walking and hiking with his dog, Charlie to keep them active and, competed in two Tough Mudder competitions! A fun fact about Larry- he is a self proclaimed nerd. He really enjoys playing video games in his free time- specifically the Legend of Zelda, as well as movie marathons of The Lord of the Rings or Star Wars.
Next time you are in the clinic be sure to say hello to Larry and welcome him to the family!
