Meet Gwen, our amazing business office manager!
Gwen has been with ARCH Physical Therapy since the summer of 2019. Before her time with us, she spent many years at other USPH clinics throughout the state of Michigan. At our clinic, Gwen juggles scheduling, billing, patient benefit information, and much more! You can always look forward to her smiling face and friendly laugh during your early morning visits at ARCH.
When Gwen is not at work she enjoys spending her time with her husband, dogs, and grandchildren. Most weekends she gets to spend time with her grandkids and, come Monday morning, she always has fun stories to share about their antics! In addition to family time Gwen really enjoys going camping with her husband. They usually go for at least one week at a time each summer to celebrate her birthday. 
One thing that sets Gwen apart from the rest of the clinic is her love for University of Michigan. For as long as she can remember she has been a big fan of the Maize and Blue. She is quite outnumbered here which makes for some fun rivalry weeks! If you see her in the clinic be sure to toss her a Go Blue.
